1. 12 months commercial warranty
All new products purchased from OPC Optic benefit from a commercial guarantee of12 monthsagainst manufacturing defects and hidden defects.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Normal wear and tear linked to daily use of ski goggles or goggles.
- Mechanical damage (impacts, cracks, deformations) caused by the user.
- Scratches on the lenses (soczewki) or on the frame (oprawki) occurred after delivery.
- Damage caused by improper use or blatant lack of maintenance.
3. Rules for correct use and maintenance
- Storage:Always store your glasses or masks in their hard case to avoid scratches.
- Cleaning:Only use the microfiber cloth that came with your glasses. Do not use rough fabrics or harsh chemicals.
- REVO mirror coating:This coating is particularly sensitive to scratches. Avoid bathing in salt or chlorinated water, as salt and chlorine crystallize and destroy the mirror layer.
- Extreme heat:Do not leave your glasses in areas exposed to high heat (for example, on the dashboard of a car parked in the sun), above 50°C, otherwise the filters will be deformed.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a product for warranty:
- Complete our warranty claim form (available upon request from our customer service).
- Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
- Send the product to the following address:

with the words on the package:“UCI – Complaint”
We will process your complaint within 14 days of receipt.
